Our local carnival has always been close to Peter and Lesley’s heart as this is how they met 32 years ago when Peter was driving the truck for Lesley’s Girl Guide Company.
Over the weekend we were proud to be able to provide three vehicles to take part in the procession in Adlington Carnival. This year was made more special than most as one of our long standing driver Stewart retired after many years service and wanted to take part in the carnival as his last journey for us. Also Peter and Lesley’s daughter, Katie, had her Girl Guide company on her Fathers float for the first time. Geoff drove our newest truck which looked very impressive leading the procession.
A proud day for us all.
